IDENTITY
Over a decade working within international development and humanitarian systems, I saw frameworks designed for resilience, strategic foresight, and sustainable impact. I also observed that these lessons tended to be confined to institutions, governments, and global foundations. Yet they are deeply relevant to the private sector, where innovation accelerates, where capital moves, where new and unconventional partnerships emerge. Despite facing similar challenges of uncertainty, environmental pressure, shifting markets, and increasing expectations in sustainability - the two fields do, however, appear disconnected. The mission is to translate the depth of development-sector thinking into strategies the private sector can use - practical, community focused, and built for real-world contexts.
